Recommended for grades 7 and up (ages 12+)

Each session includes:

  • Dynamic warm-up – mobility and stability exercises along with dynamic movement to warm up for training sessions.
  • Speed agility and quickness training – developing the athlete’s ability to change direction quickly while maintaining speed and body position.
  • Energy systems development training – this will develop both the athletes’ aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
  • Strength and power training – developing the athlete’s power or rate of force development. This is how you create an elite bigger stronger and faster athlete.
  • Team building – challenges which encourage teammates to work with each other, utilize each other’s special skills and promote dependency and trust in each other
Program runs Mondays at 6:30 – 7:30 pm as part of the regular group fitness schedule.
