21 Day Fitness Study – The Results Are In!

Just a few weeks ago, The Fitness Firm saw 50 new faces stream through the door to join our first ever 21 Day Fitness Study.  We challenged members of our community to give us 3 weeks and promised that with a consistent workout schedule they would find improved energy, health and wellness.

Each participant received 3 training demos with Fitness Consultant and Trainer, Diana Cumming and participants committed to complete a minimum of 3 workouts per week for 21 Days.  We are blown away by the results!

More than 62% of the participants who joined the study, completed the study!

Of the participants that completed the study, 58% felt so good they are now full time, active members!

On average participants lost 2% body fat in just 3 weeks!

More than half of our participants noted they were sleeping better and had more energy!

Research shows that it takes 21 days to form a new habit and our new Fitness Firm members are living proof!  Consistency leads to habits. Habits form our behaviors.  Consistent behavior leads to success.
