Thank you for this! It is really great to see someone who works as a nutritionist take a stand and encourage people to eat in moderation, eat healthy and care about what they put into their bodies. I can't even imagine anyone in the nutrition industry who has a clientel and tries to keep up with all the trends and fads that are out there, that would be a culinary and health disaster....the peanut butter diet, the grapefruit diet, the cabbage diet, no-carb, low-carb, high protein, only protein, eat tons of grains, eat 3 meals a day, eat 5 meals a day, eat 7 meals a day, gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, eat eggs, don't eat eggs, don't eat read meat, only eat red meat, and that is not even getting into the supplements.
I hope it is okay if I post this to my blog as I think it is a great piece.
I would personally like to see people put less energy into their diets and more energy into eating healthy, eating more raw fruits and veggies, educating themselves to eat a variety of foods, learn to cook properly and learn how to use ingredients rather than just cooking them cause "they are good for you", learn to garden, eat local, support local and stop watching the TV as it is so misguiding and people would be able to get back to their roots in the 21 century and be healthy and eat healthy. But those are just my thoughts and opinions!

Greetings Fitness Firm!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for giving us a great workout environment. Your staff is not only friendly, they are outgoing and caring.

The ladies at the front desk make it a pleasure to be a member at the gym. It doesn't matter how early or how late it is, they always greet with a smile.

I keep coming back for the environment. I use to belong to Good Life, and I was just a number there.

I voted last night, and I hope you guys win Best Fitness Club.

Thank you!
