Clinio Physiotherapy FAQs

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes you can cancel or “self-discharge” from your physiotherapy treatments at any time. You may also be discharged by the Physiotherapist if your issues are resolved prior to the completion of your recommended treatment plan.

Can you bill my insurance directly?

No. Currently we are unable to provide direct billing.

Can I pay as I use the sessions?

Yes, of course you may. However, the majority of our patients prefer to pay at the end of each month for treatments and assessments performed.

Why are my physiotherapy assessments not eligible for reimbursement?

Reimbursement depends on your workplace benefits package.  Not all insurance companies reimburse for assessments as their plans only cover the cost of treatments.

What happens if I miss a session?

If a scheduled treatment is missed and less than 24 hours notice is given there may be a late cancellation or “no show” fee charged

Why are my reimbursement amounts always different?

Your reimbursement is determined by the receipt you submit.  Receipts are based on the number of treatments that you had in the period of one month.  The amount may vary month to month depending on how many times you were treated.

Can I see my personal trainer more than the recommended times per week?

Your treatment plan is determined by your Physiotherapist and may not be adjusted by support personnel. If you feel your treatment plan needs to be reviewed prior to a scheduled re-assessment you may ask your support personnel to discuss your progress and treatment plan with your Physiotherapist. Or, you may book an assessment to discuss your concerns with your Physiotherapist directly.
