David’s love for fitness began with gymnastics and calisthenics. In his teen years David played high level rugby as well as competed in British and World Championship Powerlifting which led to hold the record for a 145 kg bench press. David decided to turn his hobby into a career at the age of 16. He has gained 9 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry including power lifting, strength and conditioning, sport specific training, bootcamps, group training, body biomechanics and functional movement patterns as well as nutrition.
David takes pride in making the body work as it should, assessing and switching off imbalances as well as having a strong eye and attention for detail when it comes to deep abdominals, hips, glutes, scapula, spine and strengthening the extremities of the body. David focuses on joint care, where he utilizes Controlled Articulated Rotations strengthening techniques as well as knowledge and understanding of myofascial release.
David’s approach to training is, “without your heath, you have nothing”. Nutrition plays a huge role in health and well being. He makes sure to follow through with each person ensuring that they are moving correctly and safely. He strives to make you stronger, healthier and happier.
