Experience:

Diana has been involved in the fitness industry since 1998.  Her love for cardio, weight training and achieving her desired results inspired her to want to do the same for others.  Diana’s fitness career began as a certified group fitness instructor teaching boot camp, muscle, conditioning, step and high intensity cardio classes.  Her high energy and small physique attracted many participants.  Since then she has developed into an experienced, energetic personal trainer who always gets results for her clients if they are willing to put in the hard work.

As Diana learned more anatomy and physiology, she realized the importance of lifting weights and gaining lean muscle mass.  Whether it is to become stronger, lose body fat, prevent injury or reduce the risk of heart disease or diabetes, the compelling benefits of weight training are endless.  Through combining intense resistance training with smart cardiovascular work she continues to see women and men reach their goals in ways that standard workouts could never do.  Diana has become passionate about teaching women not to be afraid of lifting heavy weights to achieve the physique, health and confidence they desire.
