As a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist and Functional Range Assessment specialist,  Gregs goal is simple,  “To make humans function like better humans.”   Society today forces most people to live a sedentary life. This, over time hinders our ability to move freely which in turn degenerates joint health, increases risk of injury and decreases overall quality of health.  Greg works to optimize a humans’ ability to move freely, increase joint health and longevity, improve athletic performance and decrease overall risk of injury.

Greg began his journey in fitness by assisting in the development of the CanFitPro program at Aldershot high school and was a part of the first graduating class.   He then went on to complete his 3 year advanced diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management at George Brown Collage.   He has completed an Internship at McMaster University under their Strength and Conditioning Coordinator where he obtained the opportunity to work with youth, varsity, national, professional, and olympic caliber athletes.   This opportunity also came with clinical experience assessing and prescribing athletes with rehab focused programs.

At The Fitness Firm, Greg is delighted to share his knowledge and expertise with members of the club as well as community members who are keen to improve their overall physical mobility and lifestyle
