Group Fitness Descriptions

BOOTCAMP
Incorporates muscle strength, endurance, cardio, and stretch all in one presented in any variety of styles from tabata, stations, intervals and crosstraining.
BODY BAR SCULPT
Join this high paced class and get your heart pumping! Using a combination of free weights and precise movements this class helps create a sculpted physique.
BUTS & GUTS
A half hour workout dedicated to core and glute focused exercises.
CORE STRETCH & BALANCE
A combination of core strengthening, stretching all major muscles and balance training.
CYCLE
An intense cardiovascular training class geared to all fitness levels. Bring a towel and water. Burn up to 500 calories!
MUSCLE
An intense interval class that challenges strength, cardio, agility, coordination and improves your power through plyometrics.
PILATES Fundamentals
Emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and development of a strong core. Builds flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back.
STRETCH
A slow moving, calming and gentle approach to stretching all major muscles within the body.
YOGA FLOW AND STRETCH
A flow based yoga class with attention to alignment and breath.  Ending stretches held for longer periods for relaxation and flexibility.
YOGA FUNDAMENTALS
Geared for those are either starting a yoga practice or for those who would like to learn and/or review the basics of alignment in yoga poses.  With emphasis on breath awareness, you will not only learn but feel a sense of relaxation and renewal after this class.
YOGA: STRETCH AND STRENGTH
Yoga postures practiced at a slow to moderate pace developing strength and flexibility. Each class begins with a mindful breathing exercise and finishes with a guided meditation. Bring your yoga mat if you have one.
YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING

Offer your youth an opportunity to advance to a higher level of performance in his/her sport through speed, agility, strength and power training.  Rec age 11 – 14 yrs   Cost is $99 for 10 class punch card OR $15 per drop in class or free with a student membership.

Youth Athletic Co-Ed Training Program

Our group fitness schedule is set up to accommodate the needs and desires of the majority of the population of the Fitness Firm.  We have set up a variety of exercise styles (ie. Bootcamp vs. stretch) within a particular time slot  throughout the week.  When numbers start to decline in a particular class, The Fitness Firm reserves the right to make a change to benefit not only the members but also keep our business viable.  We appreciate your feedback and your business.  Thank you.
