Kerri Sherk is The Fitness Firms’ own registered dietitian. Among many areas including improving your nutrition intake, digestive disorders, heart health and diabetes – Kerri’s main area of expertise is weight management. Kerri has assisted hundreds of people in finding their natural healthy weight through the delivery of customized programs which meet both needs and goals of her clients.
Kerri’s recent certification as a yoga teacher, certified in 2013 with RYT 500, has broadened her skills on the challenge of weight loss and her program has evolved into Synergy. The program includes the development of a meal plan using regular foods while paying attention to the reasons behind our decisions for food choices. Kerri encourages her clients to step outside their comfort zones in order uncover both strengths and vulnerabilities. Kerri encourages her clients to live mindfully and take steps to building a positive relationship with themselves which is key to building long lasting change. Kerri believes that challenges are an inevitable part of the journey that require patience, persistence and consistency. A journey in finding balance in all aspects of our life for optimal self-fulfillment.
Kerri is a mother of four children from ages 13, 12, 10 and 8. Her children have become her greatest teachers.
