Experience:

Matt has been working in the health and wellness industry for twelve years.  During that time Matt has helped people from many different  backgrounds.  Matt is experienced with athletic populations both in team and individual settings, those with health or lifestyle concerns, those with injuries, nutritional concerns, as well as those who have weight control issues.

In addition to having worked with patients from all backgrounds and health concerns, Matt has also worked to improve the industry by teaching courses, lectures, workshops, as well as working one on one with Personal Trainers, Physio/Sports Therapists, Doctors and other health practitioners in order to improve their health and health of their patients and clients.
