Fitness has been a part of Adam’s life for as long as he could remember. Adam started training when he was a high level gymnast at age 9 until age 17. He then crossed over into mixed martial arts (MMA) and is currently a pro MMA fighter. He learned very early on about conditioning and building lean muscle. Adam wanted to share his knowledge so he began training other people near the end of high school and beginning of college.
Pursuing his passion, Adam enrolled in the Fitness and Lifestyle Management program at Humber College where he obtained a c-sept certification He is currently still working on his education.
Adam has been trained from elite coaches all over the world during his gymnast years. He has obtained knowledge and curriculum from school and has also trained with many strength and conditioning coaches in the fight game. Consequently, over time he has developed a wide variety of training knowledge and learned many disciplines of training for personal fitness. He has learned to train elite athletes preparing for sports, adults and seniors that are just looking to stay fit and have fun.

Adam has been known to have a diverse and aggressive training style. He believes hard work pays off , along with variety in exercise. Adam strives for his clients to enjoy their training experience , while they set and achieve goals.
