Warning! This weight loss program is not a temporary quick fix that will assist you in losing 30 lbs in 30 days by eating meal replacements and expensive supplements. Kerri Sherk, a registered dietitian who initiated the program 3 years ago boasts a sensible and credible method to losing weight seriously but sensibly. Kerri is keen on teaching healthy eating habits, adhering to a fun exercise regime and also exploring possible solutions for your emotional vulnerabilities which is, in many cases, the leading cause of being over weight.

Kerri Sherk, RD

Kerri Sherk, RDKerri Sherk is a registered dietitian and has been practicing at The Fitness Firm since its infancy of 10 years. Kerri is also a Nutrition and Wellness PRO Trainer for CanFitPRO as well as a certified personal trainer.

Kerri brings her clients knowledge of nutrition, wellness and fitness. Kerri’s aspiration is for all her clients to achieve a healthy lifestyle through incorporating balance in all things – including a regular cardiovascular and strength training fitness regime, a nutritious diet full of vegetables/fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats and whole grains and feeling good about yourself.

Kerri is certain all of this can be achieved by anyone who applies patience, persistence and consistency while learning new lifestyle skills.

Kerri is a dedicated mother of four children ages 6, 4, 2 and 8 months. Kerri takes pleasure in wearing the many hats that she does as this allows her to have balance in her life. She admits, however, that motherhood is the most challenging, and yet rewarding, of all her roles.
