Barre Class is at The Fitness Firm!
This work out is for everyone and every BODY!
💫 Barre is a full-body workout incorporating moves inspired by Ballet, Pilates and Yoga, performed at the barre to strengthen, lengthen and tone the muscles. The class also includes light weights, core floor work and stretching to improve posture and flexibility.
Exercises can be modified to make it more or less intense for the individual.

Recently added this to my workout week! Great way to end the week with a total body workout…. never did dance and it’s didn’t matter Pat is awesome and she makes it fun too! Great group of ladies!
