Active Aging at The Fitness Firm
Join us for a fun and active fitness class targeted to the aging population. Chairs are available for seated exercises or for balance. We will use bands, dumbbells and our bodies to build muscle, improve flexibility and focus on balance – the three keys to fall prevention. The class is specifically designed for seniors who are committed to continue their physical fitness journey or just getting started. Modifications will be provided for all kinds of situations including but not limited to: joint replacements, arthritis, balance challenges and the new fitness enthusiast.
