BOOTCAMP

BODY BAR SCULPT

Join this high paced class and get your heart pumping! Using a combination of free weights and precise movements this class helps create a sculpted physique.

BUTS & GUTS

A half hour workout dedicated to core and glute focused exercises.

CORE STRETCH & BALANCE

a combination of core strengthening, stretching all major muscles and balance training

CYCLE

An intense cardiovascular training class geared to all fitness levels. Bring a towel and water. Burn up to 500 calories!

ENDURANCE

An intense interval class that challenges strength, cardio, agility, coordination and improves your power through plyometrics.

FIRE

Get fired up in this mixture of cardio, weight training and finishing with a stretch. Diana may even throw a little step in there.

HEALING YOGA CLASS

The Healing Class is designed to support those who come to offer healing through yoga. The majority of the classes are restorative with gentle movement, meditation and pranayama. (breath practice) and Therapeutic touch.

MOBILITY, STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

a focus on improving joint health and function as well as overall strength and conditioning.

PILATES Fundamentals

Emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and development of a strong core. Builds flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back.

PI-YO

PiYo is a combination of Pilates and Yoga inspired moves, set to a faster pace for serious fat burn – and fun. It is a low-impact, high octane workout that guarantees to chisel and define, and to build core strength, power and flexibility.

STRETCH

A slow moving, calming and gentle approach to stretching all major muscles within the body.

HATHA YOGA

Yoga postures practiced at a slow to moderate pace developing strength and flexibility. Each class begins with a mindful breathing exercise and finishes with a guided meditation. Yoga mat and blanket are recommended.

YOGA CORE

A hatha yoga class with a portion of the class dedicated to the development of abdominal strength.

YOGA: STRETCH AND STRENGTH

Yoga postures practiced at a slow to moderate pace developing strength and flexibility. Each class begins with a mindful breathing exercise and finishes with a guided meditation. Bring your yoga mat if you have one.

**YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING

Offer your youth an opportunity to advance to a higher level of performance in his/her sport through speed,
agility, strength and power training. Rec age 11 – 14 yrs. Cost is $99 for 10 class punch OR $15 per drop in class.
