Jeremy moved to the GTA 4 years ago from Galway, Ireland and has recently graduated from Sheridan College. He obtained his Honors Bachelor degree in Health Sciences – Athletic Therapy. Before relocating to Canada he spent 1 year in Eindhoven, Holland studying Physiotherapy until he decided to continue his education at Sheridan College.
Jeremy has 5 years experience working with individuals across the globe from all walks of life. He has worked with individuals unhappy with their current level of fitness and how they look/feel, cancer recovery patients to rebuild their strength and conditioning, and athletes recovering from injury looking to take their game to the next level. Jeremy has worked closely with varsity, national, professional and future Olympic level athletes that are returning from injury or to rehabilitate current injuries.

Jeremy takes a holistic approach to training, taking into account how the body moves as a unit and its ability to adapt. He incorporates a variety of training strategies to suit individual needs to achieve their desired results. Jeremy strongly believes that a personal trainer should be a great listener, has a wealth of fitness knowledge and is highly motivated to help their clients reach their goals.
