The ways in which my yoga practice has benefited me are limitless. It has created a balance in my life, and the best days I experience are one’s that started with a morning class. It changes the way I interact with others and the way I view my self and the person I want to be. Yoga is something I believe can be experienced by everyone. I completed my 200hour teacher training in Bali Indonesia and since have been specializing in Vinyasa, Prenatal and Gentle yoga. At the fitness firm I lead a stretching class on Friday mornings, where we focus on guiding our movement with our breath, while targeting almost every area of the body- stretching from neck to toes. This is great class for every one of all levels of mobility – with many options and modifications to make each stretch right for your body. So whether you lift heavy weights and need that extra time to lengthen your muscles, or you’ve never stepped foot in a gym- this is the class for you.
