Why do you go to the gym? Why does anyone? Because they love it? Yes, for some. But for most people, they want to achieve a certain result. Whether it is to be able to play their favorite sports or engage in hobbies they love with energy, develop the knowledge to stay vital and healthy for the rest of their lives, or simply to be complimented on their new fit frame (yes, sometimes we have to admit we want that too!), they know that entering a gym is a necessary part of that process.

As a personal trainer with over ten years in the industry, Kwesi has helped people with varying backgrounds, from aspiring fitness models, to baby boomers who just
want to keep playing tennis and golf long into their later years. Kwesi works with clients to help them achieve proven results, whether that means losing weight, gaining muscle, or increasing overall health and energy. Kwesi is a constant learner, always looking for ways to help clients to achieve the results they
desire.

As a student of both fitness and life, Kwesi enjoys helping clients to learn about their bodies, and to understand that TOTAL health involves the workout out of both the body and the mind. In a gym setting, Kwesi believes that variety is the spice of life, and thus provides a wide range of workouts to keep clients constantly
engaged. However, victories are also important so the client relationship is about celebrating successes along the way.
