After graduating university with an honors degree in Business Administration, Kelvin opened The Fitness Firm in 1998 with his partner, Kerri Sherk. Hard work combined with strong business sense, good interpersonal skills and a full team of employees, Kelvin is delighted to be in his 19th year of working in his home town of Aldershot. The Fitness Firm boasts over 1000 members and 10 000 square feet of floor space filled with modern equipment and a private studio.
He believes The Fitness Firm has great benefits to the local Aldershot community both physically and socially. Kelvin is always available at the club and believes that customers enjoy the personal attention that they receive from all staff.
Kelvin was on the committee that helped to establish the Aldershot BIA and has been Chair of the board for the past 9 years. This position has enabled Kelvin to meet many of Burlington’s business leaders and establish The Fitness Firm as a recognized name in this great city. He is a dedicated father of 4 children and coaches both ice and ball hockey year round for several of his children in addition to playing himself. Kelvin ‘spassion for both fitness and business unite daily while working and building The Fitness Firm.
