Michael has been training in a gym for 20 years. He gave into his passion 7 years ago when he quit his office job to become a personal trainer. Michael has a Bachelor Degree In Biochemistry and is certified with CPTN (certified personal trainers network). Michael is also a member of the CPTN executive committee and editor of their monthly newsletter.

Michael is certified with CPTN as a personal trainer and Post-Rehab conditioning specialist. Michael works with clients who are recovering from an accident or orthopaedic injury.

Michael enjoys working with a wide variety of clients some of which have various orthopaedic and health related issues. He strongly feels that the gap between the doctor?s office and the gym is narrowing as it should.
