Kerri Sherk, RD
Kerri’s main area of expertise is weight management. Kerri has assisted hundreds of people in finding their natural healthy weight. In 2004, Kerri developed The Firm Body Program, which is a revolutionary weight loss program that is customized to meet the needs and realistic goals of the client. This program has evolved into the new and improved Synergy Weight Loss Program and includes the development of a unique meal plan using regular foods and is delivered through one on one nutrition counseling and may or may not include personal training.
Kerri primarily focuses on the area of nutrition consulting, weight loss and family meal planning. With each of her clients, she shares her motto that it takes patience, persistence and consistency to reach one’s goals but with these, health and well being are enjoyed over a lifetime. Kerri believes that finding balance in all aspects of your life leads to a healthy mind, body and spirit in which one can embrace self-fulfilment.
