Group Fitness Instructor

Wendy began her healthy lifestyle journey in her early 20s and has been passionate about fitness for over 25 years!

During her years of personal fitness growth, Wendy educated herself through articles, courses, trainers and experienced body builders who shared their workout routines and nutrition guidelines. She was sought out by others for advice on training and diet, helping coach them to reach their goals. With a love for helping others achieve their vision in fitness, Wendy attained her Personal Trainer Specialist certification with Canfit Pro and became a preferred group fitness instructor and trainer in the many establishments she’s worked in. She continues to educate herself through workshops, instructional DVDs, literature, and other fitness professionals and brings this information back to her clients to provide them with challenging and changing workouts so they can reach their level of personal best.

Wendy is a motivating and inspiring leader who “walks the walk” and encourages her clients to stay on the path with her. You will feel the positive energy when you walk into the class and feel the sweat by the time you leave. Try one of her boot camp classes to see just how far you can push yourself ! She’s not called Wicked Wendy without a reason!
