In this dynamic and engaging program, your teen will learn the proper techniques for essential lifts including deadlifts, squats, bench press, rows, and more. Ariana’s expert guidance ensures that each participant masters the fundamentals of lifting safely and effectively.
✨Participants will receive a gym membership to attend the club in between sessions with Ariana for the duration of the program. This is a great opportunity to work on what has been taught during sessions.
