Incorporates muscle strength, endurance, cardio, and stretch all in one presented in any variety of styles from tabata, stations, intervals and crosstraining.Join this high paced class and get your heart pumping! Outside of our excellent customer service and educated and motivating trainers, instructors and staff,  The Fitness Firm has a large variety of weight machines, free weights and trendy fitness gear such as kettle bells, balls, ropes, bands and much more for the regular exerciser.   In addition, The Fitness Firm boasts various exercise rehabilitation services to meet your wellness needs….
